If you would like permission to publish any of Dean's articles, or reproduce them in quantity, please email him.

If you would like Dean to call you, please email him, indicating your phone number and the best time to reach you.

If you would like to order books, please click on the Publications link in the side bar of this page.

If you would like to purchase a single copy of a book through CLR, just send a check to the address below, in the amount indicated on the Publications Page.

If you would like to purchase several copies of a book through CLR, or a combination of books, please email Dean with your order and he will reply with the appropriate total so that you can send a check in that amount. However, since Dean does not keep large quantities of books on hand, it is best to submit bulk orders--which are usually specially discounted--directly to the publisher.
